Acceptance of Terms

By using the Teeny Greeny Microgreens website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Teeny Greeny Microgreens is operated by Brooke, a sole proprietor based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Home Delivery Signups

Submitting the home delivery form on this website starts a recurring order: three 2 oz containers of microgreens for $20, delivered every other Sunday on one shared delivery cycle. No payment is collected on this website. Card customers are sent a secure payment link to set up recurring billing; cash and check customers pay at each delivery. Delivery is offered within 25 miles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Teeny Greeny will confirm whether your address is eligible before your first delivery.

Delivery Window and Unpaid Balances

Residential deliveries are made on the scheduled Sunday, generally between 3:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. You do not need to be present. If you are not home, your order is left at the delivery address you provided, at your risk once delivered, and Teeny Greeny is not responsible for product left according to your instructions.

If you pay by cash or check and are not present at delivery, a payment link will be sent for the amount due. Deliveries are paused until the outstanding balance is paid in full, and resume on the next scheduled delivery date after payment is received.

Changes, Skips, and Cancellation

There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee. You may change varieties, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel by texting 918-986-2949. Because your microgreens are grown to order, please allow approximately two weeks’ notice; requests made after a delivery’s cutoff may apply to the following delivery. Product already grown and delivered is payable.

Order Cutoff and Confirmation

Because microgreens are grown to order, orders must be received before the cutoff for a given delivery — the Wednesday 11 days before that delivery Sunday. Orders received after the cutoff begin with the following delivery. You will receive a confirmation once your order is received. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at Teenygreenyba@gmail.com.

Variety Availability

Microgreen varieties are subject to availability. In rare cases — due to a failed tray, weather event, or other grow issue — a specific variety may not be available for a given delivery. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if your requested variety cannot be fulfilled. A substitute of equal or greater value may be offered.

Food Safety and Handling

All microgreens are grown and harvested under clean conditions in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Microgreens are a fresh produce item and should be refrigerated on receipt and consumed within the timeframe indicated on the packaging. Teeny Greeny Microgreens is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Restaurant Orders

Restaurant orders are subject to a $20 minimum. Pricing for bulk or recurring orders is confirmed by Teeny Greeny by email before the first fulfillment. Delivery is available Thursday evenings within 30 miles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Teeny Greeny reserves the right to decline or cancel a restaurant order at any time. Ongoing restaurant partnerships may be terminated with one week’s notice by either party.

Grow Kits

Microgreens grow kits may be purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Grow kit availability, fulfillment timing, and delivery details may vary and will be confirmed by Teeny Greeny. Because grow kits involve seeds, soil, light, water, and home growing conditions, Teeny Greeny does not guarantee specific grow results.

Free Consultations

Consultations offered through this website are complimentary and informal. They consist of a short email exchange or a 15-minute phone call with Brooke. They are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute professional agricultural, nutritional, or business consulting services. Teeny Greeny makes no guarantees about outcomes from grow advice provided in a consultation.

Free Guide

The beginner grow guide is a free educational resource created by Brooke. It is offered as-is for informational purposes only. Teeny Greeny makes no guarantee of specific grow results from following the guide. The guide is subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, branding, and the site design — is owned by or licensed to Teeny Greeny Microgreens. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
