Acceptance of Terms

By using the Teeny Greeny Microgreens website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Teeny Greeny Microgreens is operated by Brooke, a sole proprietor based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Preorders Are Reservations, Not Purchases

Submitting a preorder through this website creates a reservation to hold product for your pickup at the Broken Arrow Farmers Market. It is not a purchase and no payment is collected online. Payment is due in full at the time of market pickup. Failure to pick up a reserved order does not entitle you to a refund or rescheduling, as the product was grown specifically for your order.

Order Cutoff and Confirmation

Preorders must be submitted before the weekly cutoff deadline to be included in the upcoming market harvest. Teeny Greeny reserves the right to hold orders submitted after cutoff to the following market date. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at Teenygreenyba@gmail.com.

Variety Availability

Microgreen varieties are subject to availability. In rare cases — due to a failed tray, weather event, or other grow issue — a specific variety may not be available on market day. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if your requested variety cannot be fulfilled. A substitute of equal or greater value may be offered at pickup.

Food Safety and Handling

All microgreens are grown and harvested under clean conditions in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Microgreens are a fresh produce item and should be refrigerated upon pickup and consumed within the timeframe indicated on the packaging. Teeny Greeny Microgreens is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after pickup.

Restaurant Orders

Restaurant orders are subject to a $20 minimum. Pricing for bulk or recurring orders is confirmed by Teeny Greeny by email before the first fulfillment. Delivery is available Thursday evenings within 30 miles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, or by Saturday market pickup. Teeny Greeny reserves the right to decline or cancel a restaurant order at any time. Ongoing restaurant partnerships may be terminated with one week’s notice by either party.

Free Consultations

Consultations offered through this website are complimentary and informal. They consist of a short email exchange or a 15-minute phone call with Brooke. They are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute professional agricultural, nutritional, or business consulting services. Teeny Greeny makes no guarantees about outcomes from grow advice provided in a consultation.

Free Guide

The 30-Day Seed to Harvest Guide is a free educational resource created by Brooke. It is offered as-is for informational purposes only. Teeny Greeny makes no guarantee of specific grow results from following the guide. The guide is subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
