Teeny Greeny Microgreens (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small-batch microgreens business based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your data to anyone.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms. This may include:

• Name and contact information — first name, last name, email address, and phone number when you start a home delivery, place a restaurant order, or request a consultation.
• Order details — the varieties, quantities, and add-ons you select for a home delivery or restaurant order.
• Delivery address — the street address, city, state, and ZIP you provide so we can confirm you are inside the delivery area and deliver your order.
• Business information — restaurant name, address, and contact role for restaurant partnership inquiries.
• Email address — when you request the free guide, your email is stored on our own web server so we can send you the guide, growing tips, occasional Teeny Greeny news and offers, and updates about our future video course. We record the date and IP address of the signup as proof of consent. The list is not shared with anyone.
• Checkout information — grow kit purchases and home delivery card billing are processed through Square-hosted checkout.

We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Home delivery signups take no payment on the site: card customers complete a secure Square checkout, and cash or check customers pay at delivery. Grow kits are also sold through Square-hosted checkout.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used only to:

• Process and confirm your delivery order
• Confirm your address is inside the delivery area and coordinate your delivery
• Support grow kit checkout and fulfillment
• Respond to consultation requests
• Deliver access to the free guide
• Send growing tips, occasional Teeny Greeny news and offers, and updates about our future video course; you can unsubscribe from these marketing emails at any time

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising, profiling, or data-sharing purposes.

Form Submission & Third-Party Services

This website uses FormSubmit to route home delivery, restaurant, and consultation form submissions to our email inbox. When you request the free guide, the signup is handled entirely by our own web server and the guide email is sent from our business mailbox; no outside email marketing service receives your address. Grow kit checkout and home delivery card billing are handled by Square on Square-hosted checkout pages. Home delivery, restaurant, and contact submissions are also saved in a private order database on our web server so we can schedule and fulfill orders; it is not shared with anyone. Card details are handled only by Square and never reach our server.

Address Verification

The restaurant order form uses the Nominatim geocoding API (operated by OpenStreetMap) to estimate the distance from your restaurant to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This check is performed in your browser and sends only the address text you enter. We do not store or log the results of this check.

Cookies and Tracking

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous data about site visits, including pages viewed, time on site, and general location (country/region). This helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google through this service.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Apart from Google Analytics, this website sets no advertising or email-marketing tracking cookies.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect data in connection with these requests under their own privacy policy. The fonts are used solely for visual presentation.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was submitted. Order and delivery address information is kept for as long as you are an active delivery customer and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, then discarded. Free guide signups are retained in our own subscriber list until you unsubscribe or request removal.

Unsubscribing

Every Teeny Greeny email carries an unsubscribe link, and most email programs also show their own Unsubscribe button for our messages. Either one removes you from the email list immediately, with no reply or account needed. Unsubscribing stops email updates only; it does not cancel a home delivery subscription, which you can change or stop by texting Brooke at 918-986-2949. Order confirmations and replies to your own enquiries are not marketing email and are sent regardless.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request that your information be removed from our records or to opt out of any communication. To do so, email us directly at brooke@teenygreenymicrogreens.com.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy
