Microgreens for Your Kitchen

Locally grown microgreens for kitchens within 30 miles of Broken Arrow. Standing weekly orders, cut the night before they reach you, chosen for how they hold through service. In business since 2023, with every tray still grown and cut by Brooke — the consistency a kitchen can plan a menu around.

Standing Weekly Orders

Cut the Night Before, Not the Week Before

Most microgreens arriving in Tulsa kitchens have already spent several days moving through a distribution chain. Brooke cuts yours the evening before delivery and drives them over herself. That gap is the whole proposition: greens that stay upright through a dinner service instead of collapsing under the pass.

Because they arrive with their full shelf life intact rather than most of it spent, they hold five to ten days in the walk-in — so a Thursday delivery is still working for you the following week.

Thursday evening delivery, within 30 miles of Broken Arrow. Minimum order $20.

  • Broccoli — mild and clean. The workhorse when you want texture and color without introducing another flavor to the plate.
  • Arugula — sharp, nutty, properly peppery. Holds its own against rich proteins and cuts through cream.
  • Radish — real heat and magenta stems. Use it where you would otherwise reach for a pickle or raw onion.
  • Pea Shoots — sweet and tendrilled, with enough structure to stand up on the plate rather than lie flat.
  • Sunflower — thick-stemmed and nutty. The one that eats like an ingredient rather than a garnish.
  • Salad Mix — balanced blend for volume work: bowls, sandwich builds, family meal.

A tray takes roughly ten days from seed, so a standing order is grown to your number rather than pulled off a shelf. It also means changes want more notice than a broadline order would — talk to Brooke and she will tell you where the cutoff falls for your week.

Free menu consult. Before the first standing order, Brooke goes through your menu with you — which varieties earn their place on which plates, how much you actually need per cover, and what you can stop buying once the order starts running.
